Does being bored interfere with your health?! Yes it can! 37 percent of people everyday die of boredom. Doing research, we found that those who report quite a lot or a great deal of boredom are more likely to be younger, to be women, to rate their health worse, to be in low employment grades and to report lower physical activity. Were not saying that being independent is bad, but being too independent can cause a serious health problem, EVEN DEATH! Go take a walk, excercise, eat good, hang out with friends, read a book, buy a dog, watch a movie, just do SOMETHING!
